We are currently looking for a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our well-established physician-owned primary care practice in Chesapeake, VA.
- Established and Collaborative Team: Join a collegial environment with 5 board-certified Internal Medicine physicians and 2 nurse practitioners, supported by a dedicated, tenured staff, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Comprehensive Primary Care: Provide the full spectrum of primary care services to adult patients, with a focus on managing chronic conditions.
- Flexible Schedule and Light Call: Enjoy the option of a full-time or part-time schedule. Our call schedule is light, split among physicians, and kept low due to our NPs handling walk-in clinic calls.
- Grow Your Own Practice: This is an excellent opportunity to build your own patient panel from the ground up within a thriving practice.
- Competitive Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package and a comprehensive benefits plan, with the opportunity for partnership in the future.
