Certified Nurse Midwife (Full-Time)
Location: Winter Park, FL

Led by two highly experienced physicians who treat midwives as true partners, our practice is built on a foundation of evidence-based medicine and ACOG-aligned standards. Qualifications
- Certification: Must have passed the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) exam.
- Licensure: Active License in Florida (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience: Open to New Graduates or experienced CNMs. We take pride in offering supportive mentorship.
- Attitude: A positive, hardworking, and collaborative spirit is essential. We are a team-minded practice and look for individuals who thrive in a family-oriented culture.
- Proximity: Due to the nature of our call model, candidates must live within a 15-20 minute radius of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Excellence: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered OB/GYN care to a diverse population (adolescents and up).
- Partnership: Manage your own patient panel while working in lockstep with an assigned Physician partner.
- Modern Home Call: Participate in a light call rotation that is 100% Home Call. CNMs go in only for deliveries and leave immediately after; there is no required hospital triage or on-site rounding.
- Administrative Diligence: Ensure high standards of documentation by completing patient charts within 48 hours of the visit.
