About The Endocrinology Group

The Endocrinology Group is a well-established, patient-centered specialty practice expanding its footprint in Northern Virginia. With the opening of our new office in Arlington, we are looking for a dedicated physician to join our collaborative team. We are known for being early adopters of technology-including a long-standing telemedicine program-and for maintaining a supportive environment with exceptionally low turnover. Our physicians enjoy a strong rapport with local health systems and a "group-practice" culture where work-life balance is a priority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient care for a wide range of endocrine pathologies.
  • Work a full-time schedule of 36 hours patient-facing and 4 hours administrative time.
  • Participate in a light office call rotation and provide backup inpatient consult support for complex cases with additional daily compensation.
  • Utilize our robust telemedicine platform, including the option to work one full day from home per week if the schedule is filled with virtual visits.
  • Optional: Perform ultrasound-guided thyroid biopsies in-office (microscope available on-site).

Qualifications

  • Board certified or board eligible in Endocrinology.
  • Active Virginia medical license or ability to obtain one.
  • Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach.
  • 2026 and 2027 fellows are encouraged to apply!

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive guaranteed base salary.
  • Lucrative bonus structure
  • Partnership Opportunity with significant additional earning potential.
  • Generous PTO for personal and CME use.
  • Annual CME reimbursement.
  • 401(k) with safe harbor and profit sharing.
  • Health insurance coverage (75% employer-paid individual premiums).
  • Malpractice insurance coverage.
  • VA License and DEA fees covered.

Our practice is a proud member of Privia Medical Group, a national physician organization with more than 5,300 providers across over 1,300 locations in multiple states.
