Job Description:
We are seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join Maryland ENT Associates, a well-established, physician-owned practice located just outside Washington, D.C. in Silver Spring, MD.

Position Highlights
- Full-scope ENT with flexibility to incorporate subspecialty interests
- Established surgical volume with access to hospital-based and ambulatory surgery settings, including Holy Cross Hospital
- Physician-owned private practice with a strong reputation and consistent patient demand
- Comprehensive in-house ancillary services, including:
- Dedicated ENT walk-in clinic (open 5 days/week and staffed by APPs)
- Allergy testing and immunotherapy
- Home sleep study program
- Audiology and hearing aid services
- Collaborative team of ENT physicians, APPs, audiologists, and tenured support staff
- Efficient, well-supported workflows designed to optimize clinical productivity and patient care

Qualifications
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Maryland medical licensure or eligibility to obtain

The base salary range for this role starts at $250,000, exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered is based on experience, education, training, and geographic location.
