San Marcos Family Medicine, a well-respected, physician-led primary care practice in the heart of Central Texas, is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team. Founded on the principles of excellence, accessibility, and innovation, San Marcos Family Medicine has served the Central Texas community for over 25 years. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while maintaining strong relationships with our patients.

• Independently operated, private practice model
• Multi-provider team: Join 3 board certified physicians and 7 advanced practice providers in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, and Preventive Medicine.
• Fully integrated on-site services, including labs, x-ray, ultrasound, allergy testing, hormone replacement therapy, weight loss and more
• Opportunity to conduct clinical research and participate in clinical trials through a Javara partnership
• Dedicated support from experienced clinical and administrative staff
• Convenient location between Austin and San Antonio

Position Highlights:

• Full-spectrum outpatient Family Medicine for all ages
• Four day work week schedule
• Option to incorporate urgent care shifts, procedures, or other clinical interests
• Collaborative environment with mentorship opportunities available
• Strong referral network within the community

Qualifications:

• BC/BE Family Medicine
• Texas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care
