Job Title: Family Medicine Physician (Full-Time)

Location: Charlottesville, VA

Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (30 Patient-Facing Hours) - No Weekends

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our, a thriving, independent practice in the heart of Charlottesville. Our practice was founded on the principle of providing full-scope family medicine with a holistic, proactive touch. We are a tech-forward, highly collaborative team that values clinical curiosity and the deep bonds formed through multi-generational care.

• Authentic Full-Scope Primary Care: Manage a diverse panel ranging from newborns to geriatrics (with a vibrant 20% pediatric population). We pride ourselves on keeping care in-house; our providers engage in everything from derm procedures and women's health (IUDs/Nexplanon) to fracture management and point-of-care testing. If you have a niche interest-whether it's holistic health, procedures, or subspecialty interests-there is ample room here to grow your specific service line.
• Tech-Forward & Innovation-Driven: We are always looking for ways to stay "tech-savvy" to improve both the patient and provider experience, and recently implemented portable ultrasounds for joint injections and diagnostic screenings. We are always looking for ways to expand our service line and are currently trialing new documentation solutions based on direct provider feedback to ensure we stay efficient and minimize administrative burdens.
• Elite Support & Collaborative Culture: Join a stable, high-functioning team of 3 physicians, 2 nurse practitioners, and a staff with virtually zero turnover. You will have access to our tenured support team who serves as your "first line of defense," handling routine calls, prior authorizations, and inbox management. Our culture is one of mutual respect and constant learning, often hosting medical students through our partnership with UVA.
• Balanced 4-Day Lifestyle: We protect our physicians' well-being with a sustainable 4-day work week (30 patient-facing hours) and no weekend office hours. You will enjoy 20- and 40-minute appointment slots, ensuring you have the time to provide the quality of care your patients deserve.
