Job Description:

White Oak Medical Associates is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient primary care team in Houston, TX (Greater Heights).

Position Highlights:

• 100% outpatient adult primary care
• 4-5 day work week; no evenings or weekends
• 14-16 patients per day + built-in admin time
• Optimized workflow including Ambient AI Scribe
• Opportunity for 1 virtual day per week once established
• Experienced team + strong support staff
• Guaranteed base salary + uncapped productivity bonus
• $15K-$25K+ annual MSSP/Quality bonus potential
• 100% employer-paid medical, 401k w/4% match, PTO, CME, and malpractice

Qualifications:

• BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active Texas license (or eligibility to obtain)
