Family Medicine Physician - Leander, TX (North Austin Area)

Private Practice | $250K Base Salary | 4-Day Option | No Nights or Weekends

River Hills Family Medicine is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our physician-owned outpatient primary care practice in Leander, TX.

We are a patient-centered private practice defined by clinical autonomy and a deep-rooted commitment to the community. Our culture empowers you to practice medicine on your own terms within a highly supportive, collaborative environment.

Position Highlights:

• 100% outpatient primary care for patients ages 6+
• Flexible 4, 4.5, or 5-day workweek
• 15-20 patients per day + built-in admin time
• Dedicated MA support + tenured clinical/admin team
• In-office lab and office-based procedures
• Opportunity to incorporate preventive medicine, weight management, longevity medicine, hormone therapy, or other clinical interests
• $250k guaranteed base salary + uncapped productivity bonus
• Annual MSSP/Quality bonus potential
• 100% employer-paid medical, 401k w/4% match, PTO, CME, and malpractice

Qualifications:

• BC/BE Family Medicine Physician
• Active Texas license (or eligibility to obtain)
