Job Description:

Join a physician-led Family Medicine practice expanding its clinical team in Nacogdoches, Texas. We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to step into a growing, well-rounded outpatient practice with strong physician leadership and dedicated operational support. This role offers high clinical autonomy across full-spectrum primary care, an efficient workflow backed by dedicated scribes, and strong community demand.

• Favorable Work-Life Schedule: Enjoy a balanced schedule running Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Fridays 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (with Friday afternoons reserved for administrative time if needed).
• Full-Spectrum Primary Care: Deliver comprehensive care across all age groups, including sports medicine, dermatology, women's health, and minor office procedures.
• Dedicated Scribe & Operational Support: Experience an exceptionally streamlined day with mandatory 1:1 full-time human scribe support for every encounter, alongside AI scribing options (Suki) to protect your charting time and focus on patient relationships.
• Unburdened Outpatient Call: Minimal phone-only call rotation with after-hours coverage backed by a dedicated Privia nursing triage line.
• Well-Resourced Clinical Environment: Work alongside experienced Medical Assistants (1:1 or 2:1 ratio) with privileges at Nacogdoches Medical Center and optional opportunities to teach rotating medical students.
• Competitive Guaranteed Compensation: Offers a competitive base salary supplemented by productivity incentives. Qualifications:

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine (open to early career physicians and graduating residents)
• Spanish language proficiency is preferred, but not required
• Broad clinical skills in full-spectrum primary care and minor office procedures.
• Texas State Medical License (or eligible to obtain prior to start).
