Location: Arlington, VA (Northern VA; Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area)

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time (2 to 4.5 days per week, No Evenings/Weekends)

Premier Primary Care Physicians PC, a premier physician-led practice established in 2003, is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join their collaborative team. Affiliated with Georgetown University, this Patient-Centered Medical Practice combines clinical autonomy with modern efficiency in a highly stable, mature practice environment.

• Full-Scope Outpatient Care: Provide comprehensive primary care to a balanced panel ranging from newborns to geriatrics, featuring a true blend of all ages and routine procedural opportunities tailored to your clinical comfort.
• Physician-Led Culture: Practice alongside an established team of 5 physicians and 3 advanced practitioners in a supportive, highly collegial environment.
• Modern Operational Efficiency & Tech: Streamline your workday with 1:1 MA support, robust front-office triage of portal messages, and modern workflow options including AI scribing technology.
• Work-Life Balance: Maintain an exceptional schedule balance with no weekend hours, generous 15- and 30-minute appointment blocks targeting 18-20 patients per day, and a light 1:8 call rotation fully filtered by Privia's triage nursing team.
