Schedule: Full-Time; 4-Day Work Week (Mon-Thurs)

This is a rare opportunity to join a physician-owned, independent practice with a 21-year legacy in the historic North Georgia Foothills. Designed for a physician seeking clinical autonom, you will inherit a loyal patient base as part of a structured legacy plan alongside the founding physician.

• Legacy Patient Panel: Step into an established outpatient volume primarily comprising multi-generational families and a 50% geriatric concentration, emphasizing complex chronic care and long-term relationship-based medicine.
• Operational Excellence: Benefit from an elite support ratio including five MAs/LPNs and a dedicated Nurse Practitioner focused solely on documentation and chart reviews to eliminate administrative burden.
• Work-Life Synergy: Experience true professional balance with a 36-hour clinical week (7:45 am - 5:00 pm), no hospital or nursing home rounds, and a light, phone-only call rotation that includes a stipend.
• Philosophy of Care: We champion a holistic, personalized approach to medicine, respecting patient preferences for natural and supplement-based protocols within a collaborative, physician-led environment.
