Location: Thompson, CT (with occasional coverage in Canterbury, CT)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No evening or weekend requirements)

This physician-led private practice offers a rare combination of deeply rewarding community medicine and high-tech efficiency. Driven by rapid regional patient demand, the founding leadership is expanding to welcome an additional physician who values clinical autonomy, personalized mentorship, and long-standing patient relationships without the bureaucratic friction of a traditional health system.

• Scope of Practice: Practice true full-scope primary care across a multi-generational panel-spanning pediatrics to geriatrics-with standard 30-minute physicals, 60-minute AWVs, and 15-minute acute slots. Given the regional distance to academic medical centers, you will manage complex chronic conditions alongside minor procedures including joint injections, paps, and advanced diagnostics such as Fibroscans.
• Practice Culture & Mentorship: Join a close-knit, highly collaborative care model featuring 2 physicians and 3 PAs. The founding physician can provide exceptional hands-on mentorship tailored for recent residency graduates, fostering an environment where patients frequently treat the clinical team like extended family.
• Operational Efficiency & Modern Tech: Benefit from an ultra-efficient care infrastructure designed for absolute administrative relief, featuring a minimum 1:1 MA-to-provider ratio, inbox and prior authorization management, and state-of-the-art AI scribes that virtually eliminate after-hours charting.
