Family Medicine Physician - Downtown Washington, D.C.

Private Practice | $250K+ Base | $600K+ Potential | 4-Day Option

Our physician-led private practice in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible Family Medicine Physician to step into a full, established patient panel due to a planned retirement, serving an LGBTQIA+ patient population.

Highlights:

• $250K+ base + uncapped bonus ($600K-$650K+ total potential)
• Flexible schedule: 4, 4.5, or 5 days/week
• ~13-15 patients/day + built-in admin time
• Outpatient only
• Partnership opportunity

Practice:

• Adult primary care (18+)
• ~70% primary care / 30% HIV care (well-supported; opportunity to build expertise)
• Established, loyal patient panel
• In-office lab, EKG, and pulmonary function testing
• Very light call (1:5, phone-only, nurse triage support)
• Join 3 Internists + 1 PA with a strong, tenured clinical and admin staff
• Prime West End/Foggy Bottom location, near George Washington University and convenient to Metro
