Job Description:
Better Medicine Today is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Kingwood, Texas. This is a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care and grow your skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
You'll deliver high-quality primary care to a diverse adult population. This includes:
- Providing comprehensive care, including chronic disease management and preventive services.
- Performing in-office procedures, such as annual well-woman exams, IUD/Nexplanon placements, skin biopsies, and joint injections.
- Collaborating with a team of experienced physicians and mid-level providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Utilizing telehealth to effectively reach and engage with patients.
- Taking advantage of opportunities for professional growth, including clinical trials, academic work, and ongoing CME.
Qualifications:
- Experience preferred, New graduates are welcome!
- Experience with women's health and adult populations is a plus.
- Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
- State licensure and board certification is required

The Details:
- Patient Population: Our practice serves primarily adults, along with some middle-school and geriatric patients. Common cases include chronic disease management, well-woman exams, and some psychiatric care.
- Support: You'll have dedicated one-on-one medical assistant support and a full administrative staff to help you focus on what matters most: your patients.
- Patient Volume: Expect to see an average of 16-17 patients per day, with dedicated time built into your schedule for administrative tasks..
