Family Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care) - Winter Garden, FL

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, comprehensive primary care to adult patients (ages 18+).
• Manage diverse clinical needs, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and women's health services.
• Collaborate with a supportive medical staff to ensure top-tier health outcomes and a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation

What You Bring to the Team

• Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a Primary Care setting.
• An active Florida medical license (or the ability to obtain one).
• A hardworking, collaborative demeanor with a deeply patient-centered approach to medicine.
