Schedule: Full-Time (Part-Time options available); Initial hospital-supported ramp leading to an optimized Clinic/ASC split.

• Clinical Scope & Advanced Procedures: The practice serves an informed, predominantly commercial insurance patient panel, allowing for a high-level clinical focus. While managing general GI, candidates with interests in EUS, ERCP, or Motility will find a fertile environment to utilize their full fellowship training.
• Strategic Growth & Support: You will be mentored directly by the founding physician, benefiting from a shared overflow of patients and a dedicated 1:1 MA-to-Provider ratio. The practice is transitioning to Athena EMR to streamline workflow, ensuring operational efficiency from day one.
• The Partnership Path: Designed for long-term clinical and financial fulfillment, this role offers a transparent two-year track to partnership. Beyond a competitive base salary with productivity and quality bonuses, partners benefit from shareholder opportunities in the ASC and significant ancillary income streams.
• Practice Dynamics: Initial efforts focus on building a robust referral network through hospital consultations and inpatient follow-ups, transitioning within 3-6 months to a balanced half-day clinic and half-day procedure rhythm. This phase is supported by a collaborative team and opportunities to engage with rotating medical students.
• Work-Life Synergy: Enjoy a structured ramp-up period with generous appointment blocks to ensure quality patient connection and administrative relief. While initial call is required to establish your presence in the medical community, the long-term goal is a streamlined outpatient-heavy schedule with no weekend requirements.
