Schedule: Full-Time | 4.5-Day Work Week | No Evenings or Weekends

This premier opportunity invites a forward-thinking physician to join a highly successful, independent, physician-led private practice dedicated to complete clinical autonomy. Expanding due to strong community growth, the group offers an incoming provider a warm, collaborative culture that prioritizes the physician-patient relationship. • Clinical Autonomy & Mature Patient Panel: Establish a robust adult practice (ages 18+) managing a diverse and well-established diagnostic mix. The practice actively supports comprehensive, full-scope clinical care, giving you full autonomy to perform standard in-office procedures such as joint injections, biopsies, and I&Ds.
• Collaborative Multi-Provider Support: Work alongside an expert clinical team of six advanced practice providers (NPs/DNPs) and an on-site Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist. The APPs expertly manage the majority of same-day urgent visits, allowing you to focus your energy on rewarding, complex continuity of care.
• Optimized Operational Efficiency: Protect your time through an efficient workflow featuring generous 30-to-45-minute appointment blocks for all patient encounters. This supportive clinical infrastructure eliminates administrative burnout, maintaining a highly sustainable pace of just 14-16 patients per day.
• Elite Work-Life Synergy: Enjoy an exceptional quality of life with a predictable, daytime schedule (concluding at 3:00 PM on Fridays) and an unburdened, shared call rotation resulting in fewer than 10 phone calls per week. Clinicians also enjoy future flexibility for a hybrid routine, including 1 day per week of remote telemedicine.
