Internal Medicine Physician - Concierge Practice Owner Succession (Baltimore, MD)

We are currently looking for a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine Physician to join and subsequently take over our premier private concierge practice in Baltimore, MD (Quarry Lake).

This is an outstanding, rare opportunity to inherit a well-established, highly profitable private practice with a stable membership model, long-standing patient relationships, and a tenured support staff. You will work alongside Dr. Joel D. Meshulam during a seamless transition period before stepping into full ownership of the business.

  • Focused entirely on adult and geriatric medicine with a heavy emphasis on prevention, wellness, and comprehensive chronic disease management.
  • Highly efficient care environment utilizing an integrated on-site EHR and the advanced operational platform of Privia Health.
  • Smaller, highly engaged patient panel allowing for exceptional continuity of care.
  • Offering highly competitive compensation driven by predictable annual recurring membership revenue alongside complete professional independence.
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

Schedule & Call:

  • Enjoy a balanced, predictable outpatient schedule (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
  • Extended appointment times: 30 to 45 minutes for standard visits and up to 90 minutes for physicals.
  • Personalized accessibility for membership patients with 24/7 phone/text access..
