Job Description:
We are currently looking for a board-certified/board-eligible primary care physician to join our primary care practice in The Woodlands, Texas.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Flexible, 4-5 days per week
Call: 1 night a week (telephone call only, no weekends)
- Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages (with minimal pediatrics) in a family medicine setting
- Efficiently manage 20 patients/day across a flexible schedule (appointments vary based on reason for visit)
- Focus on evidence-based medical practices, while applying solid fundamentals of medical knowledge
- Participate in office rotations for Saturdays (shared among providers)
- Manage telephone call for one night a week, no weekend on-call duty
- Collaborate with support staff, including Medical Assistants (MAs)

Qualifications:
- MD/DO with Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Team-oriented, efficient, and highly organized with a track record of high productivity
- Strong commitment to evidence-based medicine and patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and bedside manner
- Motivated to maintain a long-term presence at the practice
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred, and the ability to work independently is essential
