Internal Medicine Physician

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care to a diverse patient panel (Ages 18+ for Internal Medicine).
- Provide traditional primary care services, including Women's Health (well-woman exams, pap smears, etc.).
- Perform clinical procedures (preferred); including joint injections, I&D, and skin biopsies.
- Supervise and collaborate with 1-2 Physician Assistants to ensure cohesive team-based care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards.
- Utilize Virtual Assistant support provided throughout the day to streamline workflows and enhance work-life balance.
Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible (if within two years of residency) in Internal Medicine.
- Experience: Preference for at least 1 year of experience in an outpatient Primary Care setting, though strong new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- License: Active Florida medical license or the willingness to obtain one.
- Mindset: A strong collaborative mindset and comfortability with mid-level supervision.
