- Experienced Admin & MA Support: Work alongside a dedicated Medical Assistant and a deeply tenured administrative support staff that has been with the practice for years to streamline your daily operations.
- Light, Predictable Call Structure: Outpatient phone call rotation is exceptionally light-shared just 1-2 times per month and 1 weekend every 4 months, with no holiday call requirements.
- Clear Track to Partnership: Enjoy a structured transition model designed for long-term practice ownership. Eligible for full partnership consideration in Year 4, stepping into equity alongside a supportive physician group.
- Competitive Earning & Premium Benefits: Offers a strong guaranteed first-year base salary plus a negotiable productivity bonus, transitioning to a full productivity model in Years 2-3. Package includes medical coverage, 401(k) with Safe Harbor match, 4 weeks total PTO, 10 paid holidays, CME allowance, and 100% reimbursement for malpractice insurance, MD state license, DEA, and CDS fees (relocation assistance available).
