Job Description:

We are currently looking for an adult medicine primary care physician to join our adult medicine medical group in East Haven, CT. Our group practice has 1 Internal Medicine physician and 5 PA's whose presence has been in the community for over 20 years.

  • Preventative Care
  • Chronic Disease Management
  • Acute Visits
  • Remote monitoring care for: blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose levels, oxygen saturation, and weight management
  • Care Management Services
  • Onsite testing for: PFT's, bladder scans, triple A screening, hearing, vision, balance testing, neuro and vascular testing
  • Same day procedures: suture removal and wound care

• CT licensure and board eligibility is required
