Join a premier, physician-led independent practice founded by a multi-year Washingtonian "Best Doctor" recipient. This is a unique opportunity to enter a thriving, high-growth clinical environment that prioritizes physician autonomy and specializes in advanced home dialysis modalities. With new offices expanding into Tysons and Lansdowne, you will play a pivotal role in a practice renowned for its sophisticated patient mix and commitment to clinical excellence.

• Diverse Clinical Scope: Manage a compelling blend of chronic kidney disease, renal transplant care, and hypertension. You will enjoy a broad general nephrology panel with a unique emphasis on state-of-the-art home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
• Optimal Outpatient Balance: Experience a refreshing departure from the industry-standard hospital burden; while initial volume is a 50/50 split, the role transitions to a 60-70% outpatient-heavy model. You will provide coverage at only two local hospitals-Reston Hospital Center and Loudoun Hospital-benefiting from a remarkably low patient hospitalization rate.
• Operational Excellence: Practice with efficiency in a setting that values your time, featuring two-hour midday breaks for administrative relief. You will be supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant, a renal dietitian, and a seasoned administrative team, allowing you to focus on high-quality patient interactions.
• Predictable Call & Lifestyle: Enjoy a collaborative call rotation that is strictly limited to the practice's own patient base. Unlike traditional roles requiring extensive regional travel, your clinical footprint is localized.
