Schedule: Full-Time, 4.5 days/week (M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), No Hospital Responsibilities

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist to join SouthCoast Health, a premier, physician-led multi-specialty group in beautiful Savannah, Georgia. Due to strategic expansion, this position represents a high-impact growth opportunity to build out and anchor an dedicated in-house neurology service line. • Clinical Scope & Patient Panel: Establish a comprehensive, full-scope outpatient general neurology practice with zero inpatient responsibilities. The incoming physician will manage chronic neurological conditions and direct specialized in-office diagnostic testing, including EMGs, nerve conduction studies, neurocognitive testing, EEGs, and home sleep studies.
• Collaborative Practice Culture: Serve as the designated in-house neurology specialist within an expansive regional network of over 120 healthcare professionals across 20+ medical specialties. The practice environment fosters deep interdisciplinary collaboration and an immediate internal referral pipeline driven by a collaborative peer network.
• Operational Infrastructure & Support: Benefit from high operational efficiency as a proud partner of Privia Medical Group, a national network of over 4,100+ providers. Physicians leverage advanced population health management systems, seamless technology integrations, and extensive administrative relief to keep the focus entirely on clinical excellence.

• Financial Design & Long-Term Growth: Offers an elite financial package including a guaranteed starting base salary of $240,000 for the first two years, transitioning to a high-yield production model in year three with verified earning potential reaching $500,000.
