Nurse Practitioner FNP or AGNP - San Francisco (Burlingame)

Scope of Practice

• Adult Primary Care: Manage "bread and butter" adult medicine for a demographic with a large Medicare population.
• Specialized Care: Our practices treat Chronic Pain Management and Addiction Medicine. If you are less comfortable with high-complexity pain cases, Dr. Glatt is available to see those patients.
• Patient Volume: Typically 10-15 patients per day, allowing for quality time with each individual.
• Scheduling: We utilize a 3-patient-per-hour block (15 minutes per patient with a 15-minute "catch-up" window) to ensure you never feel underwater with charting.
• EMR: Fully integrated with Epic.

Qualifications

• Credential: Certified Nurse Practitioner (Adult or Family Medicine).
• Preferred Interests: Specific interest in adult medicine. Our physician sees the Addiction Medicine and Pain Management patients.
• Experience: Experience is preferred, but we value the right cultural fit and a willingness to learn our patient-first approach.
• Language: Bilingual in Spanish is a significant plus.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a physician.

Schedule & Environment

• Hours: Flexible start times (9:00 AM) with the last patient seen at 3:30 PM.
• Call: No practice or hospital call.
• Location: Single office location in Burlingame; no traveling between sites.
• Support: Full support from 2 full-time MAs, scribes, and an expert administrative team.

The salary range for this role is $ 60.00 per hour in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
