Location: Northern Virginia (Inova Fairfax Hospital)

Schedule: Full-Time (Flexible 12-hour or 24-hour shift models)

Founded in 2003 by Dr. Anna Le, Annandale Ob-Gyn is a premier, physician-led private practice that has expanded to a collaborative multidisciplinary team across Northern Virginia. Due to substantial clinical growth, the practice is adding a dedicated OB Laborist to champion high-risk and routine hospital care for their private patient panel.

• Targeted Scope of Practice: Manage 100% in-hospital care exclusively for Annandale Ob-Gyn's established private patient panel at Inova Fairfax Hospital-Northern Virginia's largest hospital-without the responsibility of covering general unassigned emergency floor patients.
• World-Class Clinical Environment: Deliver care within a dedicated Women's Hospital featuring private LDR suites, specialized OB surgical suites, and a 108-bed Level IV NICU with 24/7 in-house MFM, Pediatric Surgery, and Obstetric Anesthesia subspecialties to handle complex deliveries with absolute confidence.
• High-Touch Operational Support: Collaborate alongside a robust multi-provider team-including 10 physicians and 4 CNMs-and leverage highly experienced L&D nurses, scrub techs, and complimentary UpToDate subscriptions to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Work-Life Synergy & Predictable Schedule: Tailor your schedule via 7-8 24-hour shifts or 14-16 12-hour shifts per month (approx. 144-160 hours/month), granting exceptional extended blocks of off-duty time with zero outpatient clinical duties.
