This physician-led group cultivates a deeply collaborative, family-like culture that prioritizes absolute clinical autonomy alongside an unwavering commitment to patient-centric care. The incoming physician will step into an established, supportive environment designed to mentor new graduates or elevate an experienced provider's practice.

• Diverse Scope & Specialized Clinical Care: Manage a robust, well-balanced mix of OB and GYN cases, averaging 15-20 deliveries per month with an emphasis on advanced in-office procedures, hormone replacement therapy, and weight loss management. Providers enjoy full access to robotic surgery platforms with dedicated mentorship and training available for those looking to expand their surgical skill set.
• Elite Surgical & Hospital Affiliation: Conduct all deliveries and major surgeries exclusively at Texas Health Presbyterian Flower Mound-a premier, physician-owned hospital featuring a Level II NICU, 24/7 in-house anesthesia, and immediate access to top-tier subspecialists.
• Premier Infrastructure & Dedicated Support: Command a highly efficient workspace with 2 dedicated exam rooms per provider and a 1:1 MA-to-physician ratio, heavily supplemented by an in-house sonographer, a dedicated triage nurse, and comprehensive front-office support.
• Work-Life Synergy & Collaborative Call: Experience a sustainable practice rhythm with generous 15-minute appointment blocks ensuring patients never feel rushed, backed by a light call schedule. Weekday call is a manageable 1:3, and weekend call is an exceptionally light 1:6 cross-coverage rotation shared with an adjacent practice.
