OB/GYN Physician - Greenbelt & Oxon Hill, MD

4-Day Workweek | No Call | Succession Opportunity

Step into a unique succession opportunity in Prince George's County. An established private practice is seeking a full-time or part-time OB/GYN or Gynecologist to join its team, with a direct path to take over the patient panel and leadership of the practice.

Designed for a physician seeking long-term autonomy and practice leadership, this role allows you to seamlessly transition into managing an established, loyal patient base with zero buy-in cost as the founding physician prepares for retirement.

• 100% Outpatient Gynecology: Deliver comprehensive office-based gynecologic care for patients ages 12 to 90. Scope includes wellness exams, problem GYN, and standard office procedures (hysteroscopy, LEEP, and biopsies).
• Paced, Manageable Volume: See a predictable panel of 18-20 patients per day, supported by a dedicated team of MAs handling patient rooming and clinical flow.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Open to experienced physicians or self-motivated clinicians seeking long-term practice leadership and autonomy.
• Skilled in outpatient office-based gynecology and procedural care.
• Maryland State Licensure (or eligible to obtain prior to start).
