Job Title: OB-GYN Physician

Location: South Windsor, CT

Schedule: Full-Time, 4-4.5 Days/Week

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB-GYN to join our established, physician-owned private practice in Hartford County. With over 30 years of experience in the community, our group is known for its supportive culture and clinical excellence.

• Collaborative & Mentorship-Driven Approach: Join a team of 4 experienced physicians who are committed to the success of their colleagues. Whether you are an experienced physician or early career, our partners are eager to provide training and/or mentorship, ensuring you feel confident and supported from day one.
• Comprehensive Clinical Scope: Practice full scope OB-GYN. Our patients deliver at Manchester Memorial Hospital which is a community-based hospital featuring a Level II NICU and a newly renovated L&D floor.
• Forward-Thinking Support Team: Benefit from a highly efficient 1:1 MA-to-Provider ratio, supplemented by a dedicated nursing team that manages medication refills, triage, and minor procedures. Our practice is designed to minimize administrative burdens, allowing you to focus on your patients.
• Flexible & Balanced Schedule: We prioritize work-life balance with a 4-4.5-day work week. Our shared call rotation (1:6) is designed to be manageable, and we offer flexibility regarding office locations between our spacious South Windsor site and our satellite Glastonbury office.
