OB/GYN Physician - Partnership Track

Location: Lima, OH

Schedule: Full-Time (4-5 days per week)

The Opportunity

You will join a collaborative team providing comprehensive women's healthcare. This role is designed for a physician who enjoys a mix of clinical office time, surgical cases, and labor and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Care: Provide a full spectrum of general OB/GYN services.
• Advanced Surgery: Ample opportunity to perform minimally invasive surgeries (Laparoscopic/Robotic).
• High-Risk OB: Manage complex deliveries with the support of Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialists.
• Shared Call: Participate in a balanced hospital call rotation for L&D, ensuring a sustainable work-life rhythm.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible: Must be BC or BE within 2 years of completing residency.
• Licensure: Must hold an active Ohio medical license or be willing to obtain one.
• Experience: Open to New Residents! We provide the environment needed for recent grads to transition confidently into private practice.
