Job Description:

New Beginning's Women's Health Care is seeking an OB-GYN Physician to join our highly respected, physician-owned private practice in Pasadena, TX.

This is an opportunity to join a supportive, collegial practice with immediate patient demand, clinical autonomy, and a strong commitment to women's health in the local community.

Position Highlights:

• Full-spectrum OB-GYN care
• Approximately 60% OB / 40% GYN
• Brand-new office located on the HCA Houston Southeast campus
• Flexible 4 or 4.5-day workweek
• 15+ deliveries per month
• Light practice call: 1:9
• OB hospitalist and CNM support
• Dedicated surgical block time with robotics available
• In-office procedures and ancillary services
• Tenured clinical and administrative support team
• Mentorship available

Compensation Package:

• Guaranteed based salary + productivity and quality bonuses
• Health, 401k w/ 4% match, PTO, CME, and malpractice coverage
• Ancillary income from in-house lab and other services

Qualifications:

• BC/BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active Texas license or eligibility to obtain
