Schedule: Full-Time, 4 or 5-Day Work Week (Flexible) | No Call, Evenings, or Weekends Required

Virginia Women's Center (VWC), a premier physician-led and independently owned practice celebrating over 40 years of clinical excellence in Central Virginia, is seeking an experienced OB-GYN to lead its Kilmarnock location. This unique role affords full clinical autonomy to deliver essential, high-touch outpatient women's healthcare within an idyllic riverfront community, fully backed by the extensive subspecialty infrastructure and operational resources of Virginia Women Center's flagship health system.

• Scope of Practice: Practice 100% outpatient-based general gynecology and prenatal care with an established patient panel, averaging 15-20 patients per day. While not required, interested physicians retain the flexibility to maintain surgical and delivery skillsets through elective block time and pool rotations at flagship hospital partner facilities.
• Support and Practice Culture: Enjoy a collegial, mission-driven environment supported by an on-site Nurse Practitioner, dedicated Medical Assistants, and seamless direct consultation with VWC's in-house Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists, psychologists, genetic counselors, and dietitians.
• Operational Efficiency & Tech: Benefit from robust administrative relief, dedicated on-site ultrasound diagnostic capabilities, and efficient workflow management designed to eliminate operational friction and maximize direct patient care time.
• Work-Life Synergy: Experience rare work-life balance in women's health with a predictable weekday schedule of 4-5 days/week (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and zero call requirements, leaving evenings and weekends entirely protected.
