Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced OB-GYN physician to join our well-established, physician-owned private practice in The Woodlands, Texas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically strong, team-oriented physician looking to step into a high-functioning practice with a loyal patient base, modern infrastructure, and a clear path to partnership.

Position Highlights:

• Established, physician-led practice with strong community reputation and consistent, growing patient demand
• Full-scope OB/GYN with a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology
• Robust surgical volume with minimally invasive and robotic procedures
• Predictable clinical volume- ramp to ~25 patients/day with strong clinical and administrative support

• Partnership opportunity available after 3 years

Schedule & Call (Designed for Sustainability)

• 5-day workweek with early finish on Fridays (last patient at 2:00 PM)
• Call rotation:
  • Weekday call 1:6
  • Weekend call 1:7
• Call is primarily taken from home, with hospitalist group support until you arrive

Qualifications

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Robotics training required
• Spanish-speaking skills highly preferred
• Active Texas license or eligibility to obtain
