Job Description:
We are currently looking for a BC/BE OBGYN physician to join our growing and physician-owned OB/GYN practice in Ventura, CA.
- Our practice fosters a collegial team environment with 3 board certified OB/GYN physicians, 1 physician assistant, and a tenured support staff helping ensure operational efficiency.
- We offer the full scope of OB-GYN services, including in-office procedures as well as block time at the hospital for minimally invasive GYN surgeries, which includes access to the DaVinci robot.
- We operate and deliver at St. John's Regional Hospital, and our physicians average 8-10 deliveries/month per provider with the option to take call from home.
- We are offering a 3-day work week with 1 post-call day and 1 admin day, allowing for great work-life balance.

Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California, Connecticut and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $220,000 to $280,00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
