Summit Eye Consultants offers an extraordinary succession opportunity for an entrepreneurial or work-life-focused Ophthalmologist to join a highly respected, physician-led private practice. With established roots and a loyal multi-generational patient base across the Puget Sound, this practice provides the rare luxury of clinical autonomy alongside an immediate, highly flexible pathway to full practice ownership. Mentored by a distinguished specialist dedicated to a seamless transition, the incoming physician will inherit a turnkey panel with tremendous expansion potential.

• Comprehensive Clinical Scope & Surgical Autonomy: Provide full-scope comprehensive eye care and in-office procedures-including YAG/argon lasers, injections, and lesion removals-to a health-conscious patient panel. Inherit immediate overflow demand with the freedom to scale surgical volume at nearby ASCs or expand into dedicated subspecialties.
• Balanced Patient Volume & White-Glove Care: Maintain a comfortable, quality-driven pace of 15-20 patients per day, trading high-volume assembly-line turnover for personalized, concierge-style care. Dedicated operational support and streamlined administrative workflows ensure you spend your time practicing medicine rather than navigating administrative burden.
• Physician-Led Culture & Mentorship: Experience complete clinical independence within a warm, relationship-driven environment that prioritizes patient outcomes over corporate quotas. Enjoy a collaborative working dynamic and structured mentorship through the transition period as you prepare to assume practice leadership.
• Unrivaled Work-Life Synergy: Enjoy a Predictable Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) with zero weekend commitments and extremely light, practice-only call. Hospital call is entirely optional, allowing you to maximize your personal time and enjoy the Pacific Northwest lifestyle.
