Part-Time OB/GYN Physician - Lake Jackson, TX

Join an established, highly specialized practice expanding its clinical team to meet growing community demand. We are seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN with a strong focus on office-based gynecology to step into a high-demand market. Working alongside an experienced physician and a collaborative APP team, this employed part-time position offers strong clinical autonomy and an exceptional quality of life.

• Flexible 3-Day Part-Time Schedule: Enjoy an outstanding balance with a predictable 3-day workweek focused primarily on office-based gynecology, with Friday availability strongly preferred.
• Focused Gynecologic Scope: Provide comprehensive outpatient women's health care, including well-woman exams, menopausal management, hormonal therapy, and core office procedures (pessary fittings, colposcopies, biopsies, intravesical therapies, and benign excisions).
• Comprehensive Clinical & Diagnostic Infrastructure: Practice alongside a robust support team featuring 4 MAs, a surgery scheduler, reception staff, an office supervisor, and a specialized nurse handling urodynamics and pelvic floor rehab.
• Streamlined Patient Pace: Manage a well-structured clinical schedule with 15-minute follow-ups and 30-minute new patient encounters, averaging 18-24 patients per day.
• Minimal, Phone-Only Call Burden: Enjoy an exceptionally light call structure limited to outpatient phone triage for post-ops and urgent patient needs. Call coverage primarily serves as back-up support during primary physician travel (up to 6 weeks per year).
• Competitive Part-Time Compensation & Package: Offers a competitive base salary supplemented by annual performance bonuses. Package includes 3 weeks PTO, paid major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's), a 401(k) with a 3% employer contribution, a $2,000 CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and full reimbursement for state license and DEA fees.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (ABOG required).
• 5+ years of post-residency experience in OB/GYN care required
• Clinical interest or expertise in office practice gynecology, menopausal management, sexual health, and supporting a broad urogynecology/gyn scope.
