Job Description:

We are currently looking for a part-time women's health nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or certified nurse midwife to join our physician-owned OBGYN practice in Ventura, CA.

• Outstanding opportunity to join our fast-growing private practice and work alongside three well-respected OBGYN physicians, a physician assistant, and a tenured support staff
• Our practice offers the full scope of OBGYN services to our patients, including contraceptive procedures such as IUD and Nexplanon insertions and removals
• There is also a unique opportunity for the incoming advanced practitioner to focus on a specific niche of women's health such as menopause management or weight loss, if inclined
• For certified nurse midwives, this opportunity would be outpatient only and would not include deliveries
• Offering a very flexible part-time schedule, 16-24 hours per week, with no evenings or weekends required and no call obligation

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of women's health experience preferred, but new graduates with prior L&D nursing experience are encouraged to apply
• Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
• State licensure and board certification is required

Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California, Connecticut and Washington Residents Only: The hourly range for this role is $70.00 to $85.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
