Job Description:

Pediatric Epileptologist - Outpatient Only | $400k-$450k Total Comp

Locations: Columbia, MD | Vienna, VA | Bethesda, MD

Magnificent Minds Neurology Center, a physician-owned pediatric neurology private practice, is seeking a Pediatric Epileptologist to support a growing epilepsy patient base within a fully outpatient model.

Position Highlights

• 100% Outpatient (no hospital rounding or coverage)
• 4 or 5 day schedule with built-in admin time
• 12-14 patients/day (60-min new / 20-min follow-ups)
• 1:6 phone-only call (no holidays; nurse triage support)
• Initially ~60% epilepsy, ramping to a full epilepsy panel
• Specialized EEG techs and neurology-trained MAs
• In-house EEG and 24-72 hour ambulatory video EEG
• Integrated care with child psychiatry and neuropsychology

Compensation & Benefits

• $300k-$350k base + collections bonus ($400k-$450k+ total comp)
• Full benefits package (401k match, health/dental/vision, malpractice)

Requirements

• Fellowship-trained in Pediatric Epilepsy or Clinical Neurophysiology
• BC/BE Child Neurology
