Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established private practice in Niceville, Florida.

You'll work alongside an experienced pediatrician and dedicated clinical support team in a collaborative, patient-centered environment that values both quality care and work-life balance.

Position Highlights:

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care to patients newborn through 21 years of age, including both preventive and acute care.
• Manage a wide range of common pediatric conditions - from routine wellness and preventative care to more complex medical and behavioral health needs.
• Provide continuity of care for children and adolescents with ADHD, autism, anxiety, and depression, in collaboration with families and local resources.
• Perform standard pediatric procedures including immunizations, minor procedures, and basic lab testing (no suturing required).

Schedule & Work-Life Balance:

• Flexible full-time schedule, Monday - Friday, with a half or full day off each week.
• Minimal call responsibilities - an after-hours nurse line handles most patient needs.
• Supportive environment that prioritizes work-life balance and professional satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Active Florida license and board certification required.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Compassionate, team-oriented professional who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and families.
