Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our thriving pediatric private practice with office locations in Boca Raton and Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
- Outstanding opportunity to join our expanding practice and work alongside highly-regarded pediatricians, advanced practitioners, and tenured support staff.
- Lead the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and continuous training of Medical Assistants (MAs) and Triage Nurse staff; conduct performance reviews and manage scheduling to ensure optimal clinical coverage and a smooth-running office.
- Partner closely with the Quality Care Supervisor to continuously assess, refine, and improve clinical workflows, enhancing both the staff day-to-day operations and the overall patient experience.
- Serve as the primary support and escalation point for the MA and Triage teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment focused on operational success; engage directly with patients to address and resolve concerns.
- Full-time schedule, with competitive compensation and full benefits.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Highly preferred in Pediatrics and Management / Administration.
- Clinical Excellence: Must love building relationships, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills.
- License: Active Florida RN license.
