Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative Pediatric Nurse Practitioner of Physician Assistant to join our thriving practice in Fleming Island, FL. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, outpatient primary care to children and young adults, partnering with a solo lead physician in a dedicated, community-focused clinical environment. This part-time position offers a structured, manageable schedule with dedicated clinical support, making it an ideal opportunity for a clinician seeking work-life balance while making a direct impact on pediatric health.

About the Opportunity
- Scope of practice: Outpatient primary care for pediatric patients ages 0-18, newborn/preemie care, pediatric mental health, obesity management, and chronic care management.
- Flexible Scheduling: Part-Time (2 days/week, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM); flexibility to cover PTO, no call responsibilities
- Team Support: 1:1 Medical Assistant support dedicated to help with patient workups, triage, and inbox management
Qualifications
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (PNP or FNP) or Physician Assistant
- Prior pediatric primary care experience preferred. Open to new grads with strong pediatric clinical rotations.
- Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
- State licensure and board certification is required
