Specialty: Pediatrician ( Full-Time)

Location: Jupiter & West Palm Beach, FL

Schedule: Flexible 4 or 5 Days/Week | No Hospital or Newborn Rounding

Join a premier, physician-led independent pediatric practice dedicated to clinical autonomy, patient-centered care, and long-term continuity in coastal South Florida. This established group is expanding its team to accommodate robust community growth and meet the ongoing healthcare needs of families across Jupiter and West Palm Beach.

• Scope of Practice: Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric primary care for ages 0-21, managing well visits, acute care, and minor procedures with zero hospital call or newborn nursery rounding.
• Support & Practice Culture: Practice alongside a collaborative group of 4 physicians and 2 APPs backed by an experienced team of dedicated MAs, nurses, in-clinic scribes, and office managers. The practice culture prioritizes long-term provider retention, administrative harmony, and standard-setting peer mentorship for both new graduates and seasoned clinicians.
• Work-Life Synergy: Structure your ideal schedule across 3, 4, or 5 days per week with no routine weekend clinic hours required. On-call coverage is 100% phone-only, shared equally among all providers at a light 1:6 rotation and fully fortified by 24/7 nurse triage coverage on weekends.
• Compensation & Long-Term Growth: Offers a competitive base salary complemented by a structured quarterly productivity bonus model.
