Job Description:

We are currently looking for a BC/BE Pediatrician to join our primary care pediatric group with clinic locations in Stamford or Darien, CT.

Join a stable, independent pediatric practice with 10 other Board Certified primary care pediatricians whose commitment to the community includes a 53-year history in Fairfield County! We prioritize balanced physician well-being, outstanding care, and local practice autonomy.

• Schedule: 4-day workweek
• Compensation: $200,000 guaranteed
• Patient Base: Long-standing family relationships with ~45-50 newborns managed monthly across local hospitals (Stamford & NYC) serving a diverse community
• Path to Ownership: Partnership potential without a financial buy-in Independence: 100% physician-owned with no interest in hospital network buyouts
