Join a premier, physician-led independent practice during a landmark expansion into The Parks at Walter Reed, a vibrant 66-acre mixed-use destination. Founded by award-winning "Top Doc" Dr. Maia McCuiston, this practice prioritizes a holistic, team-centric culture and clinical autonomy, offering a unique chance to help shape a brand-new clinical site within a sophisticated urban-suburban community.

• Clinical Scope & Demographic: Provide comprehensive "bread and butter" pediatric care to a diverse panel (birth to age 21) with a focus on newborn wellness and procedures including suturing, I&Ds, and foreign body removal.
• Operational Excellence: Benefit from a highly efficient 1:1 MA-to-Provider ratio and dedicated administrative support, maintaining a sustainable and focused volume of 15-20 patients per day.
• Collaborative Culture: Thrive in a light-hearted, group-oriented environment where physicians and APPs work in tandem, supported by a mentorship-rich transition period at the established flagship office.
• Work-Life Synergy: Enjoy a no-evening schedule (7:00 am - 4:00 pm) with a flexible call rotation of 1:4 to 1:6 and the unique option to trade weekend shifts for mid-week lifestyle days.
