Sport Ortho Urgent Care is a fully equipped facility offering same-day and walk-in appointments, with no referrals needed. We accept most insurances and are committed to providing accessible, high-quality orthopedic care to our community. Our approach focuses on a conservative and integrated care model, emphasizing non-surgical treatment options and a multidisciplinary approach to patient recovery. Our team collaborates closely with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Stay up to date with evidence-based practices in physical therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate preferred.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee.
• Preferred 1 year of experience, but open to stellar new graduates.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Dry needling certification is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage a wide range of physical therapy issues.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
