Job Description:

Our 43-provider multispecialty group, which has had the honor of serving the Elkhart community for 70 years, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) to join our primary care team.

• Outstanding opportunity to join our well-established private practice and work alongside 14 primary care physicians, 2 endocrinologists, 5 nurse practitioners, and a tenured support staff
• Our practice offers the full scope of primary care services to patients of all ages
• Flexible full-time schedule with 4-4.5 days/week in clinic

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of primary care experience preferred, new graduates are welcome to apply.
• State licensure and board certification is required
• Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills.
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
