Job Description:

Dominion Family Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established, patient-centered primary care practice in San Antonio, known for its strong community reputation and supportive clinical environment.

Position Highlights

• Schedule & Balance: Full-time, Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with a dedicated 1-hour lunch break.
• Clinical Focus: Outpatient care for patients 17+, specializing in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and women's health.
• Collaborative Environment: Join a robust team of 3 physicians and 4 APPs within a high-support, manageable-volume setting.
• Growth & Culture: Balanced approach offering mentorship for new providers alongside clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Texas license (or eligibility to obtain)
• 1+ year of primary care experience preferred
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
