Job Description:

San Marcos Family Medicine, a well-respected physician-led primary care practice, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their growing team in San Marcos, Texas.

For more than 20 years, the practice has served the Central Texas community with a focus on accessible, high-quality care and strong, long-term relationships with patients and families.

Practice Overview & Position Highlights

• Join an established team of 3 physicians and 6 APPs, supported by a highly experienced clinical and administrative staff
• Provide full-scope outpatient primary care across the lifespan within a collaborative, team-based model, with the ability to practice autonomously with strong physician support
• Comprehensive on-site services including lab, vascular screening, allergy testing & immunotherapy, pelvic floor therapy, and musculoskeletal rehab.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of primary care experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered, relationship-driven approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Active Texas license and board certification required
