Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our private practice in Ennis, TX.

• Full-time commitment with strong reliability and presence (no concurrent roles).
• Either:
  • Experienced PA with a stable track record (≥2-3 years in a single primary care role) in similar high-volume suburban clinics
  • New graduate PA who is motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn-someone with excellent clinical judgment, professional maturity, and a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable with 20-25+ patients/day and efficient documentation.
• All-ages family medicine (newborns to geriatrics) or willing to learn pediatric care.
• Proficient with or quick to learn Athena; strong attention to documentation and follow-through.
• Works well in a physician-led, metrics-driven team with minimal hand-holding.
• Able to commute daily to Ennis, TX or preferably live near here.
• WellMed or MSSP experience preferred
• Spanish proficiency preferred
• Procedures (joint injections, I&D, women's health)

Schedule:

• Enjoy a flexible, 4.5 day schedule
• No weekends or evenings currently.
