Primary Care Physician Assistant

Practice: One Oak Medical - Aldie, VA

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. No evenings or weekends.

One Oak Medical is a hybrid concierge primary care practice located in Aldie, Virginia. We offer a unique approach to healthcare that combines the convenience and affordability of traditional insurance with the personalized attention and access of a concierge service. Our team of experienced medical professionals provides comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness programs. We are committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that empowers our patients to achieve their best possible health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients aged 12 and older
• Conduct women's health visits, including pap smears and pelvic exams
• Participate in advanced cardiac testing, gut health assessments, and weight loss programs
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system

Qualifications

• Board-certified Physician Assistant or planning to take boards
• Active Virginia license or in the process of obtaining one
• Open to new graduates; prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Strong clinical judgment and a positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
